Which restocked their caps and various stockpile of guns and ammo. I'm not sure how often the list changes, if at all, or if it's just based on levels and what gear is open to you but I do know for a fact caps will restock. Did you actually 'wait' or did you use the pip-boy fast 'wait' function?? I really wanna know this one.. I hit the back button on my controller or T for those that use a keyboard and waited 3 full days each time restocking the shop.
